Dear friends and guests!
The health of our guests and employees is very important to us and we have adapted the cancellation conditions and hygiene measures to the current circumstances for you: New cancellation conditions:
The current situation around the coronavirus has prompted us to address the concerns and doubts of our guests. We have changed our cancellation policy for the winterseason in your favour:
if you are unable to come for your holiday with us, you can rebook or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date. We also offer the following special cancellation conditions:
• If the COVID-19 situation here at Plan de Corones changes at short notice during your stay, an early departure free of charge is possible.
• Free cancellation if the curve of infection rises dramatically in your hometown or here at Perca.
• Free cancellation if an official travel warning for the ski area is issued.
(These conditions are only valid for direct bookings)
If you have already paid a deposit, it will be converted into a holiday voucher, which can be redeemed at any later time.
We would like to give you a little security and thank all our guests for their loyalty. Hygiene in the Waldhof: Rooms & suites:
Your room will be completely inclined and disinfected before your arrival and after your departure. Pre-check-in:
Check-in can be done conveniently from home without any paperwork. Simply send us a photo of an ID card or Passport by email. We look forward to your arrival! When the time comes, we will welcome you with the minimum distance, but with a warm smile. Mealtime without worries:
For several years now, there has been a disinfection dispenser at the entrance to our restaurant, because hygiene has always been important to us.
The buffet area will be adapted to the current conditions - but with even more hygiene and safety: At the buffet area it is currently legally mandatory to wear a face mask and keep the minimun distance of 1 meter to other persons.
You can enjoy breakfast and dinner comfortably at your table without a face mask as usual and here you are served by our valued service staff. We try to serve as many dishes as possible at the table.
Our tables are aligned so that the safety distance of one meter from your table neighbor can be guaranteed. Wellness:
Our outdoor pool, indoor pool and relax rooms can be opened to our guests provided that the minimum distance is observed (1meter). Corona viruses cannot survive in the chlorine water of the swimming pool.
All the saunas are open: The number of people allowed access to a sauna session is limited. In the whole sauna world the minimum distance of 2 metres must be maintained to other peope (except of those who live in the same household or are accommodated in the same hotel room).
Disinfectants are available for the beds in our relaxation rooms.
Our wellness area is only available to hotel guests, we do not offer a 'day spa' for non-hotel-guests. Massages:
In order to guarantee maximum protection for treatments and massages, masseuse and guest will wear a face mask in the future. Our masseuse carefully disinfects her hands before and after the massage and thanks if the guest does too. General hygiene measures:
We only use antibacterial and disinfectant cleaning agents and equip our hotel with sufficient disinfectant dispensers.
Relevant surfaces such as tables, counters and elevator buttons are disinfected and cleaned several times a day.
For guests who have the same place of residence at home or live in the same room on vacation, there are no minimum distances between them. We ask you to respect the current distance rules and local mouth protection regulations to other guests. Mask:
Guests must always wear respiratory protection/ face mask in closed public areas, such as the lobby and corridors, regardless of the interpersonal distance from other people.
We look forward to seeing you again or getting to know you soon!
For further questions we are always at your disposal!
