Rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7:00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
Check-out should be completed by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor. However, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, subject to availability.

In South Tyrol, a local tourist tax of €3.50 per person (from the age of 14) per night is charged. This tax is not included in the accommodation price.

Dogs are only permitted on request and for an additional charge. Please bring a basket or blanket for your dog. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, garden or wellness area. Only one dog per room is permitted. Cats and other animals are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, no discount can be granted for meals not taken. The price for the dinner menu is €35.00 per person for hotel guests.
